- MTM Rashid TajApr 2, 20261.0I was exited when I switched and signed up in Octore of last year 3 cars; however last month when I attemped to remove on my cars from the policy everything went wrong. If you are making changes to your policy on allstate.com make sure to double check because those changes dont go through. I called the agent and they removed the wrong vehicle. It took them almost 4 weeks to correct the mistake and when the time came for the refund they only refunded partial payment stating since you removed a vehicle your price went up..removing 1 vehicles resulted in my policy renewal going up by 130%..Big disconnect between the Agent and customer services.
