Out of frustration, I made a Facebook post about it, and Susan reached out to see if she could help. She didn’t even know I was already an Allstate customer. I almost didn’t call because I was convinced I’d be leaving Allstate altogether but I’m so glad I did. Susan took the time to answer every single question, explain things clearly, and walk me through all of my options. She even helped me compare other companies and gave honest feedback about what made the most sense for me insurance-wise. The fact that she did all of this when I wasn’t even her client yet says everything about the kind of agent she is. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Truly, if it weren’t for Susan, I would be a former Allstate customer right now. She is the reason I chose to stay.
