  Had the worst experience with this office. Did an online quote bundle for home and auto. States that this location is my Agents Office based on my zip code. Near closing of my home placed to agents office and advised will be proceeding with both policy’s. Before paying and signing electronic paper work asked if auto began same day as auto payment was told yes. Next day cancelled my prior auto policy with other insurance company. Only to get a notice from DMV that lapse in coverage from the day I cancelled my old policy to the day my home policy started. So this agents office started both home and auto on the closing date which made me lapse coverage. So I was driving around with no insurance on my vehicle since the day I paid them for my auto policy because of their negligence. I then made them aware of this issue and advised that they put the wrong date on my auto policy. It’s been the most difficult process trying to get them to do their part as the agents office that created the error. They are even telling me I need to call my old insurance to have them back date my cancellation date. Meanwhile they did not try to find a solution for this issue. Changing insurance service provider and never thought I would experience this with Allstate.

  Had the unfortunate experience of paying for coverage with Allstate that has premium prices, but substandard service, and I was too lazy to shop around but I’m gone! I had to get some quotes and decided to jump ship, Thankful I did, savings are over 50% with the same coverage if no better coverage on vehicles and over $1000 for homeowners insurance. Don’t get complacent like I did, shop your rates.
