  This review is left on behalf of Mrs. Hildegard Tidwell If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have purchased new insurance through another company, and my new agent called his office to have my policies canceled same day. His office never canceled my policies. When she called to speak with him about this, he claimed that she never called his office (She has notes on speaking with someone in his office) He refused to help her and called me asking what company I was going with and gave me a number to call (that wasn't valid) to have my policy cancellation back dated (to almost a month ago) and told me to call after 6 p.m. I called after 6p.m. and of course, everyone had left for the day. I came back into my new agents office and we called and had the policy cancellation back dated. Jevon does not conduct good insurance business and obviously has no care for his customers.

  This agency has been a complete disappointment. They used dishonest and shady bait-and-switch practices and showed zero respect toward my elderly mother. Chad/Jevon, in particular, was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful — the exact opposite of what you would expect from an Allstate representative. My parents were loyal Allstate customers for over 40 years before moving overseas, and when they returned to Georgia, we trusted this agency to handle their coverage. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but frustration. Their policies are garbage, their service is disrespectful, horrible at communication, and their approach is a disgrace to the Allstate name. Save yourself the trouble — stay far away from this agency.

  Initially this representative was friendly and full of fire to get me a better rate than I had for car and home insurance. After I signed on however, he had no more communications to me. Even AFTER i recieved a letter in the mail stating that the homeowners insurance I had on one of my homes had dropped because it did not meet the criteria for their coverage. Overall, the "cheaper" price he got me with Allstate only saved me about $100/ year. Not worth it, especially after progressive was so thorough and communicative over all the years I had them. I will be switching back pronto.
