Stan called me after I requested a quote. I could tell from our very first conversation he was going to go above and beyond. He followed up with me as he said he would on Saturday but I was unavailable. When we finally connected on Monday it was a smooth and thorough transaction. Stan explained everything in a manner I could understand. His professional yet calm demeanor really impressed me.
