- TPThea PickettFeb 12, 20235.0I had an issue and a deadline with my auto insurance. After speaking with customer service, my pressing matter wasn’t resolved. It came to me to visit a local office. Long story short, when I walked in, Christy quite friendly asked me how I was doing to which I responded hopefully better by the time I leave. I just want to say that Christy resolved my issue and immediately was familiar with what I needed. It didn't take her long and she was so kind, caring and thorough with what I needed. I wish more people were like this. She made my day. I asked for her card. Christy deserves this review and I hope all those who are interested in Allstate Insurance would make it a goal to visit this office. Thank you Christy, your act of kindness didn't go unnoticed. You helped me beyond my insurance needs. Kudos to you!
