  I'm very disappointed that I'm currently left with no car insurance due to a delayed glitch out of my control regarding my January payment. No warning! When I discovered this, I originally called in to pay pass due balance and was told that my auto policy was dropped! First of all I received a bundle deal for auto and homeowners however, the two polices was never linked there fore there was no notice received letting me know that my payment wasn't accepted. They have my correct address for my homeowners policy but a different one for my auto. The first person that answered the phone couldn't even find my information. I'm livid, sad and frustrated at my first ever home owning experience due to AllSTATE. This is the worst experience ever! Why wouldn't you call or mail SOMETHING SO THAT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED! But the homeowners insurance is able to still be available however i'm being denied auto? That ridiculous. No accidents ever! I'm highly upset Don't ever go with them if you're looking to buy and home and want to bundle your auto. They will let the policy slip thru with no notice.

  We consistently receive excellent service from Rykman agents for our Allstate policies.. They worked closely with us to find ways to reduce our costs while maintaining the appropriate level of insurance coverage to meet our needs. When we eventually had a claim, the whole process went smoother than we ever could have imagined.

  Love love this company. This branch has the most friendly people ever. Been using them for few years now. Safe to say this is my insurance home.

  Lindsey and her team went above and beyond for me and my wife and ma de sure we had the coverage we needed not only for our home and vehicles, but also life insurance for our children. We recommend them to all our friends and family!

  After building a new home and trying to contact Lindsey , I went with another allstate agency for the new home and my auto. No one was ever at my local place on highway 92. I called with no call back, tried through the app and emailed. No response! I still have a home and rental at the agency but will move them when they mature
