He was very knowledgeable and efficient in handling my policy changes and payments. In addition, he was very kind, polite and patient when helping me. In the fast paced world we live in today, it was so refreshing to experience such respect. He is most definitely a huge asset to this office. Janice M
- MMmelissa miller6 days ago5.0Every time which is not often thank goodness State Farm is always there. This time I was out of state my daughter had a traffic infraction and the car was towed. Should it have been no, even the tow truck driver asked why and the officer said because I can (another thing to handle) anyway they said she is the registered driver not the owner so she couldn’t keep or get the car. I’m out of state. My agent hooked me up with a State Farm rep out here. Mind you there is only one in this rural part of town. They were able to notarize a release of Authorization form email it to the company and my daughter got her car back. I asked how much all of this was going to charge. With a smile she said no charge for State Farm members. Thank you Bryan Gillespie team lead, my Agent Floria Izadi for having such a wonderful staff and the Athena Harris in Atmore. The jingle is true. Like a good neighbor State Farm is there
