  My insurance agent recently sold the business to another lady her associate is Michael Cole. He is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond to help you. He always returned your calls promptly and he’s just an all-around friendly guy. I have been with Allstate 22 years I was a little apprehensive about the new people coming to the office I go to. I had such a great relationship with the other agents secretary our coworker, let me say. The first time I talked with Michael I was impressed and have been every time after that. Michael is an asset to this company and I hope that Allstate will recognize it. I will definitely stay and not go somewhere else.
