  I would give these people 10 stars if I could. This group takes care of you like family (the good kind). Not only did they save me about $300 per month on car insurance alone, I now have BETTER coverage than before! I also have a home insurance policy with them. I had help from someone else when I was looking for quotes, and Rick was able to beat all of those, too…by a lot! They were so patient with me as I asked a ton of questions and they were quick to respond. The customer service experience alone was enough to make me a loyal customer.

  Richard and his staff were very respectful of my time and policy needs. He not only saved me money on my auto, but he helped me to get adequate coverage on my home after realizing my home coverage had never been adjusted since the purchase of my home years ago. That could have resulted in a devastating lost for my family, however we are well taken care of now. I really appreciate the time, effort and attention to detail that was taken to ensure my cars, home and family are covered properly. I highly recommend the Brown's Family Agency.

  Rick was very professional. He went over my current policies, came and did an in person review and went over options with us. Was able to bundle our home and auto insurance and save us a couple of hundred dollars a year with same or better coverage, but with less deductibles than our previous insurance company. Thank you Rick, for your professionalism and honesty.
