I’ve been trying to get a refund over four months. At first they were telling me that they had new system that they did not know how to work it. I totally understand. I left a week pass and then another. Then every week. I started calling them. Hey what’s going on? Oh yeah we’re doing your refund. Don’t worry, and then sometimes they will say oh I’ll call you back in an hour or two. Never call back. Still waiting. I asked to speak to a manager Her name is Miss Jenny. I’ve been talking to her all this time. That’s the person that doesn’t call me back. That always has me waiting and has me four months waiting. I had to upscale and Call corporate because they’re not doing anything even They had to help me into my refund because they’re the ones they have it. So now both of them are going back-and-forth saying that each other have the money, so I don’t know what’s going on. Now. I don’t know what to do anymore.
