- SASophia Ali3 days ago5.0My experience with Crystals office and her insurance agent Maria was one of my best experiences yet when it comes to going through the process of getting an auto insurance policy! I was so stressed going through this process bc I had to get a new car and everything due to something that was no fault of my own! But once I was referred to this office and I was on the phone getting help from Maria, and she was AMAZING every step of the way! She worked with me getting me additional discounts to help me out and making sure my policy had everything I was looking for 🙂 they weren’t my first call when I was calling around looking but they were definitely my last! Maria got me set up, answered all of my 101 questions lol, we had a few technical issues that was beyond her control and she stayed in communication with me, making calls on her end to do some trouble shooting to see what was going on ( it was a tech issue with the app FYI) and stayed in communication until I was fully taken care of and I am a happy customer 🙌🏾‼️ MARIA THANK YOU SO MUCH ✨ I wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They make sure everything is tooken care of before you get off the phone and that you are comfortable with what you have. I finally got life insurance. They are great people to work with you on your needs. And got to talk to a live person.

She arranged for Benjamin Bowl, an insurance agent to contact me and discuss my coverage in detail. Benjamin and I had a video call. He dissected my plan and recommended additional coverage for less money! He has a pleasant sense of humor and he did not rush through the conversation. I have comprehensive coverage for home, auto and more. He crunched the numbers and told me about coverage that I was not aware that I had. He sent me a copy of the details of my coverage as well. I highly recommend Crystal Compton because she hires the best agents in the business. Benjamin will take good care of you like he did for me.
