- MMMe MariottiOct 20, 20215.0We have an Allstate policy in Arizona and we also have an Allstate policy in Georgia because we have two houses some cars are there some cars are here I can say by far Montana has much more exceptional customer service skills prompt attention to any matters we’ve had to discuss with her unfortunately the Arizona agent has dropped the ball I had left messages before our renewal because I wanted to get one vehicle on a separate policy and we played phone tag when she could’ve told me in the message while the renewal was already in process and she never did luckily it wasn’t that big of a deal but I’m much happier with the customer service we receive from Allstate in Georgia than we do in Arizona
