    My Agent Thomas Smith was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and answers all the questions I had. I appreciate how persistent he was without being overbearing. He was a great all around and I would recommend anyone to state farm.

    I have been a State Farm customer, but my recent claims experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It has been over three weeks since my claim was filed, and I still do not have an accurate estimate. Multiple estimates were sent to me that do not reflect the actual damage, and an appraiser who was supposed to inspect my vehicle by 12/31 never showed up. Each time I call, I am told something different by a different representative. No one seems to be accountable for resolving the claim. Meanwhile, my vehicle has been sitting at the body shop, and I am now being charged daily storage fees due to State Farm’s delays—for a claim involving just two passenger-side tires. This should have been a straightforward process. Instead, it has been drawn out, disorganized, and costly. I am extremely disappointed and am now reconsidering my coverage. I hope State Farm addresses this issue promptly and improves how claims are handled.

    I was helped by Ryan Mathis who was extremely attentive, thorough, and personable throughout the whole process. He helped our household switch multiple cars and even our home insurance, with minimal labor as the customer! He was very knowledgeable, explained every step of the way, gave me every possible discount, and made sure to give me agency to make my own choice. He reduced our monthly bill by over 50% by switching to Statefarm. Highly recommend this office but Ryan Mathis in particular.
