- MBMorgan BadoJan 22, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience. This Allstate agency is completely incapable of providing basic customer service. They are slow to respond, rarely answer questions, and we often can’t get ahold of anyone—especially “Matthew,” who is essentially unreachable. Our rates continue to go up with little to no explanation, and they can’t even figure out something as simple as autopay. We carry two home policies, an umbrella policy, and two auto policies—we are good, loyal business that Allstate has failed to take care of. Despite the amount of coverage we have with them, we cannot get timely responses or clear communication. We’re done chasing our insurance agency to do their job. We are moving to a State Farm agent who actually answers the phone, responds to emails, and treats us like valued customers.

I informed this office of me canceling my policy over THREE times via email and phone conversations. This office then sent me a bill two months later while trying to get me to sign paperwork with the incorrect requested cancellation date to obligate me to all of the late fees. Never seen anything like this before. Insane!
