  Terrible customer service, calls are never answered, emails are ignored! My coverage never got adjusted therefore I wasn’t going to pay excessive fees for vehicles I no longer possess! Now I’m unable to reinstate my coverage and there’s no supporting supervisor available!

  If I could give zero stars I would, the lack of communication is ridiculous, My insurance price went through the roof almost $400 a month ! They charged my bank for 2 months without my authorization after I told them that I couldn’t afford paying that much monthly. This whole agency is ridiculous I got lucky and was able to get a refund for half of what I got charged. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH ALLSTATE!!!!

  Worst insurance agent I ever had!! She was overly available during the two days she set my account up.. and then I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. I had to file a claim for an accident that i was not at fault for and didnt receive a citation. . But I could never reach Marvah. And apparently the number she originally reached me on, now went to a allstate call center. That had no information about my policy and always had to transfer me to a REAL agent. Extremely unprofessional, and just ghetto. Then after my claim was closed and I got my deductible back. She listed my accident as at fault on my behalf. Which caused my rates to go up and now I'm waiting on all this to be sorted out by lexis nexus bc the ppl at her office are incompetent. Or just don't care they've been NO HELP AT ALL . You will regret using them if you ever have a claim ... beware
