- MDMatt DavisJun 19, 20241.0I have had a policy with Allstate for years. Although ever since the new agent took over after my old agent retired it has been nothing but a struggle to get anything done. To top it off I had a renewal letter stating $310 ( what I have been paying ) for the next 6 months only to get the first bill after the renewal for $470. I wasn’t informed of any rate increase until I called about the bill but would have appreciated a heads up since I got a renewel for $310. I understand that rates are going up but how are gonna send a renewal for $310 and then raise your rates and not call a give a heads up.
