Erica was a pleasure to work with! She reduced my home and auto insurance rates by thousands! She was very responsive to all texts and emails, even on the weekend. Was simple to switch companies and would highly recommend her services!!

I look for integrity regarding anybody's business practices and I did not received that with Joyce who is Erica's assiatance and they caused me to not to be able to meet other obligations by taking more out of my account than agreed upon. Joyce was suppose to take on the pass due amount but she took out an additional payment and caused me to overdaft three times. I called but to no avail i was disregarded and still to this day Aug 17 from Aug 8th no return call from Erica. You would thing that Allstate you are in good hands thats not true . they are theives and I didn't want to give this review but I felt that Erica could have called me at some point. This is bad business practice.

BE AWARE! I’m a previous customer of Allstate Erica (Hill) Benvenuto in Dawsonville, I like to share my experience with this office. I properly notified Erica and her staff in April of 2025 via email about not renewing my auto policy (3) cars. I have shopped around and found another provider for 50% off that Allstate, Erica did not wanted to accept my notice of not renewing my policy, she keep saying that I needed to pay the policy that was in place first then cancel it. So when I was not willing to authorize a payment via my credit card, the following month 30 days after I had notify her she authorized a payment for 6 months over $3,000 be taking out of my bank account! I have called her office left VM on her phone explaining that funds were fraudulently taking out of my bank account after I properly gave her notice not to renew my policy, I needed to be refunded as soon as possible. Well here we are 90 days later and no refund has beed issued.
