- MHMark HarrisFeb 13, 20261.0I made my regular payment, instead of the insurer applying the payment to my automobiles and motorcycle as normal, they only applied it to my automobiles. Called to make my next payment, after many many attempts, when they finally answered, I was informed that there was no need because the outmobiles were payed ahead. The motorcycle was canceled due to lack of payment via the insurers mistake applying all to the car. To reinstate the motorcycle would be extra fees and that I would have to pay for the skipped period of their mistake (as if they would have covered me if there was an accident during this time... Not!) Always very very difficult to get anyone on the phone during business hours. Started pricing insurance elsewhere and found that everyone was extremely cheaper for the same exact coverages. Not only is this company careless with mistakes but very crooked on pricing.
