They do not answer calls. I have been trying to cancel an auto policy for 2.5 months.

My Allstate agency was bought out by this firm. I received no notification from either Allstate or the new owner. Upon receipt of my homeowner renewal, I reached out and spoke with an agent, Rebbeca Mink. She was to have had the service manager, Patrick Oliver, contact me regarding my concern of not having received notification of their purchase. To date, I have received no response from him. In addition, in my initial conversation with Ms Mink, I requested her to e-mail me a review of both auto and homeowner policies for adjustments that could be made to lower cost. To date, I have received no further contact. Not a good image for either Allstate or agency.

Never answer the phone. Don’t return emails/calls. Randomly increase rates outside of renewal period. Impossible to get a live person and the owner doesn’t care.
THEY ARE THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN YOU NEED TO GET A HOLD OF THEM, THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. IT'S GOING ON 72 HOURS SINCE I FIRST CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WONT RESPOND/CALL BACK FOR A SIMPLE POLICY CHANGE PROCESS. WHY WOULD YOU CHOOSE THEM TO ENSURE YOUR MOST VALUABLE ASSETS IF THEY CAN NEVER BE CONTACTED?

Got renewal notice on auto policies. Been trying for days via email and phone calls to find out about renewal $ amount, as it looks off. Saw that per "Your Agent data" (and website) when I sign in, that the agency address (not this one) given, is open on Saturday. Just called and NOT open on Saturdays! What a misleading agent, not only on this website but on phone calls where I was told "someone will call you back." Which has not happened! But of course, Matthew Devine still has not answered or had someone answer, not even one e mail over many months. 100% zero communication from the person who is supposed to be my "agent"?? I called this particular Devine agency address as I had received help from some one here in Cummins on answering questions. This time when I called, got a Sarah. Related who I was and why I was calling. Was told very quickly that no one was available and that when someone was, they would call me back. No one has called back! Apparently they have gotten the "Devine credo" message...don't answer anyone! Yesterday, 2 days after expiration date of policies, someone called wanting payment. After some conversation, it turns out that it was this person's boss who had accepted signed CANCELLATION letters many days before actual cancellation date. This "boss" is also the one who has not kept a single promise yet he has made on cancellations, even as of yesterday! VERY disorganized and totally non caring about customers. But they do shoot a good line of "sorry, but........" none of which I believe.
