- NFNicole FreemanSep 25, 20251.0Absolutely the worst company I've delt with in a long time. The lack of communication and the run-around is embarrassing. I was promised calls I get nothing, if you say youre going to call follow-up. I was told to do x to get my issue resolved I've done that, nothing. Now I've been told to do Y and still nothing. What does one have to do to get a resolution? They mislead and tell you one thing and do another. Educate your staff before letting them attempt to sell insurance. If I mess up at my job there are consequences, not here. Please take your business elsewhere!!! Do not use Allstate! There are things that could have been done to resolve this but instead I was given the go-around. I spent hours trying to resolve this. Also, never I hung up on anyone on your team. A lady said you or someone would call the following day when you finished meetings, I work nights and heard nothing from anyone there again. I sent all documents your office person told me to. The online team asked for more information and again asi work nights having 3 days to gather all this is impossible for me to accomplish. Just some communication would probably have sufficed in this situation like I was told. Now you imply I lie, that too says a lot.
