- CCConLoadApr 1, 20261.0Poor customer service. This agency submitted my coverage to DMV two days after I binded causing me to my car registration to be suspended. Owner of agency hung up phone on me told me to never call again them when i called to inquire about what happened. Had to call 1800# to have them correct. Voiced that Allstate coporate can't do anything to her she is independent ly owned. Please be careful getting insurance from this agency. Finishing up complaint with Allstate coporate now.
