- MBMichael BahlAug 15, 20251.0This office thinks it is acceptable to send spam/scam advertisements in blank envelopes without a return address, labeled "important document enclosed." The 'important document' is just a poor insurance quote with a high premium and low coverage. If you're so desperate for clients you have to trick people into opening your mailers... says a lot about how your agency must be performing.
- DKDurga KothapalliAug 23, 20221.0I took home insurance with Allstate through Brandon Peters Agency, they were very nice until you make the premium which will be competitive with others but later you you will get the increase in premium notice. The customer care took the note but none responded back Robert is pathetic with customer relationship and after acknowledging cancellation of the policy , he didn’t took any action after 15 days. I have to call all state to terminate my policy. Think twice before choosing this agency. I wouldn’t even given a star considering how they treat their client after policy is purchased
