  I hate Allstate. We have had zero claims in probably 20 years and yet they increase our premiums every 6 months about 25% minimum. They are also zero help if you call them. Do not recommend this agent's office.

  May spent over 2 hours on the phone with me explaining my policies and what each line item meant. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She did not make me feel rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. I learned so much from her. Her heart is truly customer service. Thank you, May!

  Keisha Wallace was very helpful for my insurance needs. I knew there was a better rate and she found it. So very happy I changed. I know the Lord is responsible for this reunion. Thank you Keisha and thank you Allstate.

  Best move we ever made was moving our insurance from GEICO to the Maxwell Wright Agency. They will take excellent care of you and get you the best rates ever. Again, we were with GEICO for over 20+ years. Couldn't have made a better choice.
