  One of the assistants called me hung up after saying this is direct auto did not have a convo was an absolute jerk. Do not recommend not friendly what so ever. Do better.

  Came to take care of some document issues that were time sensitive. They had a person in training while 2 staff members were out marketing. I was told to wait for them to return in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the licensed staff didn't return. The person in training called and the staff told me to wait for an additional 30 minutes or come back the next day. This was said after explaining my situation. What happened to putting the customer 1st? DEI staff are not needed. Staff that put customers 1st are needed the most. The customer service staff does a better job than the staff at a walk-in location. Never leave a person in training alone when customers that need assistance.

  Lynda Jones was the best representative I have ever felt comfortable with her helpful and great things she offered to do for me and my automotive policy were the best job ever and I'm very impressed with the professional approach and great customer service and thank you very much for your help and kindness to help me..I appreciate it very much sincerely,Conan Jay Noble
