- JMJoseph MossDec 16, 20252.0Came to take care of some document issues that were time sensitive. They had a person in training while 2 staff members were out marketing. I was told to wait for them to return in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the licensed staff didn't return. The person in training called and the staff told me to wait for an additional 30 minutes or come back the next day. This was said after explaining my situation. What happened to putting the customer 1st? DEI staff are not needed. Staff that put customers 1st are needed the most. The customer service staff does a better job than the staff at a walk-in location. Never leave a person in training alone when customers that need assistance.

After an hour of getting hung up on, and I literally mean hung up on, by the other representatives of direct auto... I’ve finally gotten to Lynda and she was just absolutely wonderful. Very sympathetic, determined, thoughtful, kind and patient. She was so helpful and informative. She gets the job done. Direct auto, you need to do a whole lot better in training your employees(I'm embarrassed for you) and as for Mrs. Lynda Jones, I highly suggest you give that wonderful woman a raise. She deserves it 100%. Thank you again Lynda!!
