- CHChinita Hayden6 days ago3.0I hope this review reaches Terry Rhodes. My parents used your agency for many many years. Recently I discontinued your services because we sold mom’s house. I left a message for “your assistant” which I won’t name here to keep her name out of the survey, to return my call so that I could give her that Information. She did call and when I told her that we were canceling the insurance because we sold the house all she had to say to me was “OK I’ll cancel it”. Nothing else like thank you for your service for years, we appreciate you being our clients, etc. etc. This is really Unacceptable to me and I hope that none of your other clients get the same treatment. This is a reflection directly on your business which is not something I think you want. Regards, Chinita Hayden
