  I have received a horrible service from Jim Pope few years ago when a drunk driver hit me from behind. According to Allstate estimate done via phone it was assumed that it was my fault despite that judge in the court said otherwise. I have called Mr Pope and he did not support me and it was not willing to make an effort to resolve the situation. It seems that he's only interested in getting his payments on time. Immediately we switched our service to State Farm and are very happy.

  Changed insurance to Allstate and it was a quick and easy experience. I highly recommend Allstate.

  I only gave one star because there’s no option for no stars! I can’t believe Allstate allows this agent to represent their company. The customer service is absolutely terrible.
