I love that when you call the office a real person answers the phone, usually on the first ring! Most of the time it's Jackie, and she is a delight to work with. She is helpful and honest and always looking for ways to save us money on our policies. We had a claim about 2 years ago when a deer decided to have a meet-and-greet with one of our cars. The process of getting the car repaired was handled seamlessly and there were no issues. I highly recommend Tommy Adams State Farm agency for all your insurance needs!
