She demonstrated great customer service skills. Just her voice along were pleasant. She listened intensely to my needs and took her time helping me save money on those needs. After speaking with Zel, she gave me my first quotes. My first phone call, and I didn't feel that I needed to make any more calls to any other Insurance Company. I was Sold!!! Thanks, Zel .

The woman on the phone said “what’s your husband’s name?” as if it’s not 2025 and people cannot possibly be married to someone of the same sex. She didn’t apologize and said “oh I just said that out of habit.” Take your business elsewhere. Glennice, take this as a learning opportunity to ask “what is your spouse’s name” instead of “what is your husband’s name”
