- TTTerressaJan 8, 20261.0HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE..... This company preys on the elderly. My father had no vehicle and they were still charging him auto insurance. We asked on 5 different occasions to have the policy canceled effective immediately. They said their systems were down. We called back the next day and requested the cancellation. They advised the could not remove the registration (never asked them to do so) To this day my father's insurance policy has not been cancelled and he does not even own a registered vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!
