  HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE..... This company preys on the elderly. My father had no vehicle and they were still charging him auto insurance. We asked on 5 different occasions to have the policy canceled effective immediately. They said their systems were down. We called back the next day and requested the cancellation. They advised the could not remove the registration (never asked them to do so) To this day my father's insurance policy has not been cancelled and he does not even own a registered vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!

  Not responsive at all. The WORST insurance agency ever had since I got my first auto policy 48 years ago.

  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an Insurance agent. She was very easy to reach when she was selling the policy, but couldn’t reach her when I wanted to cancel my policy due to poor service. She never responded to my written request to cancel my policy. Per Allstate policy, the agent should approve a request for cancellation within 3 days. After numerous phone calls, she never returned my calls. At times she was in the office, (always in a meeting), and would not take the call. After a month I reached out the to Georgia Insurance Commissioner’s office that contacted her immediately. My check was in the mail within 3days. She lied and said that she’d just received a phone call from me a week ago about canceling the policy. I recommend that if that you are having problems canceling your policy, contact the Georgia Insurance Commission. She lacks professionalism, and is a poor representative of Allstate, Insurance Company, For Allstate to tolerate subjecting customers to this substandard service is a disgrace. RT.

  I wanted to cancel my auto policy and they simply did not want to help me. I was told that i would receive a phone call, the first day I called to cancel. No one ever called. So, I emailed Ms. Chapman twice and never got a response. I called again…..I was told the same thing. Still no one ever called. I had to call the 1 800 number in order to get my policy canceled. Stay away from this agency.
