I called to get a quote for insurance for our cars, I gave my information, the lady came back with the quote, which was a little more than what were actually paying now, however, I'm not satisfied with our current insurance company, so I wouldn't had an issue to swap... Never was I asked if i was interested in changing companies, she asked was the quote more than what you're paying now, I said yes ma'am, she then said oh well, have a great day, I then was utterly shocked, I said, well I guess I'm not changing insurance companies today, she then said NOPE and HUNG UP ON ME!!! very unprofessional and uncalled for.
