Gave me quote on auto insurance. She gave me a quote much less than I was paying with progressive. She never mentioned that I would have to take classes to get discounted rates which I did defensive driving course to get discount after the fact. This was never mentioned when quoted. My bill after doing class ended up being much higher than quoted and even more than I was paying with Progressive. I had heard many bad things about State Farm. Morgan never mentioned any of thos when giving me quote. Very deceptive.

OMG!!! Where do I start-Sybil Bowles was AWESOME!!! I talked with Sybil about an auto quote but her system went down - she very apologic and said she would have to call me back..well I forgot -on the next day -just when my husband and I were going with another insurance company..Sybil calls and believe or not I thought she was another insurance company calling about another quote. Sybil reminded me about her calling me back and when I say I was happy she did. Sybil gave us with the lowest rate. I have recently bought a house and needed homeowners insurance. I checked with state farm due to already having auto insurance. I worked with Sybil Bowles from the Morgan Brinson office and I highly recommend her. She was helpful, always available to answer questions, respectful, and went over and beyond to help me with my new homeowners insurance. I needed a quick turn around and she provided my mortgage company with what they needed to keep my closing date.
