She never mentioned that I would have to take classes to get discounted rates which I did defensive driving course to get discount after the fact. This was never mentioned when quoted. My bill after doing class ended up being much higher than quoted and even more than I was paying with Progressive. I had heard many bad things about State Farm. Morgan never mentioned any of thos when giving me quote. Very deceptive.

I talked with Sybil about an auto quote but her system went down - she very apologic and said she would have to call me back..well I forgot -on the next day -just when my husband and I were going with another insurance company..Sybil calls and believe or not I thought she was another insurance company calling about another quote. Sybil reminded me about her calling me back and when I say I was happy she did. Sybil gave us with the lowest rate.
