  This agent has been so nice to me and worked properly. However, my previous Allstate agent Matt Pruitt was terrible because he messed up my personal information and the primary and secondary insurers were mixed up. So we did not have access to the Allstate web sites. Mr. Pruitt is a dishonest person and all the people working in this office are also a liar. They never admitted their mistakes and lied to me about what they did. This is the main reason why I switched to other insurance companies. I will never come back to Allstate unless Allstate formally apologizes what Mr. Pruitt did to us. I will share what I had with Mr. Pruitt with as many people as possible.

  Have always had a great experience with everyone I deal with. Shelly, Tina, and Raven are all great along with the others. Have went out of their way to find me ways to save money while still getting great coverage. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing insurance or switching providers.
