However, my previous Allstate agent Matt Pruitt was terrible because he messed up my personal information and the primary and secondary insurers were mixed up. So we did not have access to the Allstate web sites. Mr. Pruitt is a dishonest person and all the people working in this office are also a liar. They never admitted their mistakes and lied to me about what they did. This is the main reason why I switched to other insurance companies. I will never come back to Allstate unless Allstate formally apologizes what Mr. Pruitt did to us. I will share what I had with Mr. Pruitt with as many people as possible.

- BABrandon AllenFeb 17, 20231.0When I first got my car the staff was helpful, nice found me a great rate. Then my policy was renewed, the rate jumped $72 without notification. I called the office to figure out why my rate increased and I was told they would call me back. Actually I called twice. Ended up playing phone tag leaving a message with no call back. Never spoke to anyone, emailed them because the new rate was deducted even though I changed my insurance company. I am assuming they haven't gotten the mailed letter informing them of the change and or the need for a refund. I emailed again today asking about the turn around for my refund. I am hopeful they will reach out to me but I am not counting on it. Not talking to your customers with questions and issues is not a good business practice.
