  I can't say enough great things about my Allstate agent, Stefon Mason! His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service are truly outstanding. From answering all my questions with patience and clarity to ensuring I have the best coverage for my needs, he consistently goes above and beyond. It's rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about their clients, and Stefon does just that and more. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable insurance agent.   I am not sure what is going on with Stefan Mason's office; however, since he acquired my account, no one ever answers the phone, returns voicemails, or emails. You have to leave multiple calls or emails to get a response. I didn't have this with the other Allstate offices. I do not recommend his office.

  Mr. Mason was very thorough while explaining coverages and answered all of my questions. The process was easy and didn’t take long at all to obtain the coverage I needed. I will recommend anyone needing insurance to contact the Stefon Mason: Allstate Insurance Agency!

  The worst agent I have ever encountered. Unprofessional and unresponsive. If you are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent, PLEASE go elsewhere.
