  The man is a fraud. Purchased a car from YMAN Auto Sales and Saheed referred me to him. James NEVER put insurance on vehicle but instead signed me up for renters. Was pulled over and I called him regarding the insurance he lied; advised him that I knew the things he was saying not to be true he then proceeded to run my card again before canceling policy. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER COMPANY

  Terrible! I waited over 6 months to get corrected and never received the credit nor the corrections my agent promised. My account was renewed at a rate I did not agree upon and was not cancelled when asked multiple times. Never will I do business with Allstate again. I also purchased a vehicle for my son through the agent and requested a quote for a commercial insurance policy was promised multiple weeks and never received the information. My son’s car did not get added for 2 months. The car we had previously did not get removed creating issues with my account that never got resolved. Very disappointing! My account still has not been restored and I’m now with Progessive for the last 3 months and Allstate has my account in collections. A NIGHTMARE!
