- RGRobert GrossOct 28, 20241.0Stay away from using this agency. Their employee Isiah made a billing coding error after I signed up for the easy pay discount by entering my bank account & routing #. I was charged the full (credit card rate) that screwed me out of over $400 discount that I was entitled to! Him and his manager John both admitted to their error but said, believe it or not, nothing they and Allstate could do about it! Needless to say I will not be renewing my policy either them and have turned them over to Better Business Bureau.
