  Excellent and seamless help from Ben. He saved me $65 on my monthly policy for the same coverage. He made the entire process swift and quick and answered my questions thoroughly. Would absolutely work with him again!

  Absolutely the worst experience with Allstate and this agency. They take it upon themselves to renew policies without consent, then ignore the requests to cancel even with documents and evidence that my property has been sold. I was constantly receiving bill request and letters for 3 months that my policy was active even though i didn't renew it, and requested multiple times its cancellation. I see no point of signing a contract for 1 year if Allstate automatically renews it, and there is noway to opt out of the auto renewal. You didn't sign, you didn't pay, yet allstate automatically binds you to a new contract. The agents did not terminate the policy as requested even with proper notice, a month later i was still getting bills. This agency then terminated my active home insurance by accident without letting me know, I had to inquire what had happened. I would have been uninsured if I didn't notice a silent refund on my credit card. Horrible. wasted so many hours trying to deal with this agency and the service has been deplorable. Moved all my policies to a new company.
