The only downside with State Farm is that you can't really get a quote online, but in a way, it actually helps you understand your policy better because you have to speak to an agent. I also appreciate that Tharsis does and will return your call. I was initially assigned with another State Farm office but they never reached out for the entire week. I eventually had to find another office, and doing business here was efficient and helpful.
