  Not many people I've encountered have the business skills of Ron Misher. He was thorough, easy to understand, and worked diligently to get me discounts I had overlooked, such as the one for driving less than 12,000 miles per year. When I saw the adjustment credit back in my bank account, smiles from ear to ear. However, I was disappointed that there were no discounts for left-handed customers. And that ain't right.

  I had the pleasure of working with Ron to adjust the cost of my auto insurance. He was knowledgable in all areas and assisted me in getting the best reductions in pricing and coverage on my 2016 Ford Explorer and my home owners insurance. He took his time and answered all of my questions while supplying solutions necessary to reduce my costs. Ron has a great personality and made me feel he was dedecated to resolving my issues during business hours or after hours. I will always reach out to Ron in the future when ever I have a comment or complaint about my policies. Warm regards

  If Im not mistaken the ladys name was Angela that helped me today. After being given the run around for 2 days and told id have to wait a week to get papers updated and recieved documents that wouldnt help me in my situation, Angela not only didnt give me some circle jerk run around, but was very professional and got things handled instantly! Thank you so much!!

  I recently transferred my policy from another company. There was a little hiccup in the beginning where the first person that I was working with left, but Kenzie quickly picked up the pieces.
