  Blown away with the coverage they provided! The wife and I are first time home buyers and Roxi personal took care of our needs from shopping different options to picking the right plan together. The only insurance agent I will be using here on out.

  Homeowner Insurance! This agent NEVER responded in a timely fashion via email and good luck calling! She caused me to lose several hundreds of dollars bc she refused to follow up with my mortgage company about my insurance policy! When I finally was able to get her on the phone due to another reps assistant, she showed no remorse, she was unapologetic, and she didn’t take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY that she was the reason my homeowners insurance had expired for a whole year!! She is TERRIBLE with communication! 0/10 do not recommend if I could give 0 stars I would!

  Roxi Perkins is the best agent. She is a lifesaver and really helped my wife and I get the best service and savings with Allstate. We untilized Nationwide before for over 10years and never got the treatment that we deserved until we switched to Allstate. The best decision ever and the best rates and savings.
