- BWBreanna West5 days ago1.0The woman who makes reminder calls to clients doesn’t listen, talks over me, and just says “no” as her explanation when I’m trying to tell her my unique situation and see if there’s a payment arrangement we can work out. She has zero customer service skills. Next time I’ll ask to speak to someone else immediately. I got off the phone because she has a complete disregard for giving quality customer service and absolutely refused to listen. And just to be clear, it’s ok if the answer is no, just have a little decency at your job. If she can’t listen to people, she shouldn’t be calling them. There’s two ends to a phone.
