What truly sets Blake apart is his professionalism and dedication to his clients. He was always available to assist me, promptly returning calls and emails and simplifying the insurance process. He genuinely cares about his clients' well-being and wants to ensure they have the best coverage possible.
- LLLafayette LaraJul 5, 20221.0Besides the continued annual increase in premiums, I regularly get mail from other AllState agents stating that they can ensure lower rates. I'll call to see about the lower rate estimate they provided and as soon as they learn I'm already an Allstate customer, they say that the rate is no longer available. So either I'm getting my premium raised for false reasons or Allstate agents are purposely mailing out false estimates (way cheaper btw than what I'm paying now). Regardless of which agent(s) are wrong, not a good look for Allstate as a whole.
