- LCLL CC1 day ago5.0We are unfortunately in the middle of an open claim regarding our home, are displaced, and have been having a difficult time getting answers from the adjuster. Since we purchased our policy here, we reached to them for help, and could not have been more pleased with their response. While the situation is still not resolved (and our overall experience with All State the company has been generally unpleasant and unhelpful thus far), Mike Glancy and his team have been wonderful and restored the human element to this experience by being kind, caring and compassionate. They immediately worked on my behalf to help get answers. Particularly, Lexie, was an incredible advocate and help. Her professionalism in communicating with both me and the necessary All State departments was refreshing, and her persistence helped to begin to move things along. My interaction with Mike Glancy and Lexie at this office may be the only thing that prompts us to continue with All State as policy holders. Kindness and professionalism are hard to find in many of today's industries; it was a breath of fresh air to discover it here.
