  I highly recommend The Rykman Agency for insurance. They have the best rates and great service! Jess Calderon reached out to make sure my new policies were set up correctly. She was quick and kind! And Calvin Kennedy put in a LOT of time to help me find the right coverage for my townhome and cars. Plus, he stayed with me for a week while I shopped around. Calvin and Jess were wonderful.

  Tara Was the representative that Assisted me with a request to Add my revocable trust tiling onto my homeowners and renters policies. She was professional and expedited my request. Good job.

  During this time of increased costs _everywhere_ I am glad I'm not working the phones on Allstate's end of things. Regarding my home owner's policy Paige answered all my questions, responded quickly with how various modifications to policy coverage would affect my bill and was so proficient at doing so that she was able to update my policy while we were on the phone. In the past these discussions have not gone as well. I don't know if their making changes on the Allstate end of things with customer communication or not but I very much appreciate how today's call went. Kudos to Paige for her help today!

  I have been with GEICO for over 30 years, but found you due to a price increase. Wow. Your team, Kacie, Jenny, and everyone I spoke with is truly a pleasure a please to deal with. Your team represents Allstate with honor and I am so proud to be your client. I am just so so sorry about my accident. I am a very careful and seasoned driver. This was my first major incident and I am very dissatisfied with myself, but your team made me feel better and has been more helpful that I expected for causing this much trouble. Your agency is AWESOME, and I am truly blessed to have you for my insurance, God bless.

  I just have to compliment Jenny S. as an outstanding employee at the Rykman Agency. I recently had a problem with a payment on one of my policies. Jenny understood my issue the first time I explained it, and knew exactly what to do to resolve it. Her phone demeanor was excellent in that she was pleasant, cheerful and professional. Her responsiveness immediatly relieved my anxiety as a result of having made the mistake I made. People like Jenny are not easy to find these days, and if I had a business, Jenny would be working for me!!!
