Your messaging system was not helpful and your questionnaire on services was not correct for my issues. It did not have a place for Auto Insurance. I do not have a motorcycle or disability with your agency.

I let them know not to contact me through text and also let them know for every text there after they will be sent a bill through my lawyer of $1,000 for each text. I don’t know how they obtained my information, but I am in touch with my lawyer with the billing. So far we are up to $6,000. The bill will be sent through my lawyer. If payment is not made within 30 days of notice of the bill, there will be legal action.
