Danni took the time to make sure I received the proper documents, help me download the app, and made sure that everything was taken care of. She also made sure I received the best price and also looked to see if there were anymore discounts that I could take advantage of. I would definitely recommend State Farm!

But I like how Thomas Dudek was able to get with me as soon as possible to resolve my issues and explained with detailed over the policies to better help me understand them. He always helped me find better solutions and is a remarkable agent who always answers as earlier as possible: I have also saved more money than my former insurance company. They deserve the 5 stars!!

- AAAnna A.6 days ago1.0No tickets, no fines, no accidents, yet my premium has steadily increased with no clear explanation. Over the last six months, my monthly payment went from $185 to $246 due to repeated “paperwork issues” and declined payment fees, even though their system showed payments as completed. They also add extra fees whenever a card is declined. I recently had to replace my debit card due to bank fraud and contacted this office twice to update my information. Despite this, they continued charging the old card. I even sent a screenshot showing that money had already been taken from my account on the old card, but they still claimed no new card was on file. Later, I was told the payment failed because I hadn’t signed a consent form—something that was never explained beforehand. Communication was unclear, inconsistent, and unhelpful throughout the process. I will be making my final payment and moving my insurance elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.
