  I had an excellent experience with Valentina Nusman at State Farm. She was incredibly professional and competent, answering all of my questions thoroughly and securing an amazing price. In addition to car insurance, I also got home insurance through her. I was truly impressed by Valentina’s efficiency and professionalism in handling all of my needs.

  I can’t say enough good things about Travis Amos. He went above and beyond to help me find the best possible quote for both my auto and home insurance. From start to finish, he took the time to explain everything in great detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood my options before moving forward. What really stood out to me was how easy he was to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is something I really appreciated. It’s honestly hard to find that level of customer service anymore.   My husband and I had purchased a supplemental health insurance policy just as an extra layer of protection while we were a few months into our pregnancy. A few months after getting the policy we found out our baby was going to need a stay in the NICU. We gave birth, spent 66 days in the NICU and Shane and his son Bradley reached out to explain the coverages we had and encouraged us to file a claim. 1 week after filing the claim they called to explain the policy was going to pay us $20k. Our out of pocket max on health insurance is $12k so this policy helped us cover all of that and more. We are so thankful to have Shane as our agent. His team is always thorough in finding out what we truly need and can benefit from in protecting against what can go wrong.

  I was about to re-up with Progressive and saw my rates were going to go up once again. After years with USAA, I was so disappointed to see now Progressive was doing the same thing as USAA. I reached out to StateFarm to see what they could provide, and I was shocked to say the least. Ray helped me quote out an identical auto insurance policy, supplemental health and personal property policy for about $50 less than what I was paying monthly at Progressive for just auto insurance. I was so impressed that I ended up reaching back out to him to quote me some options for my upcoming apartment move & the necessary renter’s insurance. I can’t say enough about Ray’s thoroughness and willingness to help me explore different options to protect myself and my assets. I’m looking forward to working with him and StateFarm for all of my insurance needs now and in the future.
