    I’m coming to Florida from Minnesota and I needed a quote for my cars. I asked for Blake and was put on hold for 15 minutes, then they told me he was unavailable. If this is how you treat your potential customers, I definitely don’t want to be an actual customer. Extremely unprofessional. Based on the five star reviews on here and how my experience was, I know the actual reviews are deleted.

    Cybelle is a fantastic professional! She is super friendly and competent! She responds you right away and makes sure that all the requests/ matters are solved as soon as possible. Moreover, Cybelle always follows up with you by emails. I really enjoy to cooperate with her! That kind of professional support and customer service I love it!
