  Have been with All Lines Insurance since 1989. Started with Jack Miller, and moved on with Donna Adelkoph since through current day. I find Donna to be most professional in any and all situations that have required me seek advice. I have all of my personal insurance needs with All Lines. Donna has either answered my calls on the spot, or when necessary to request a call back, returns my calls no later than the following day, but generally the same day. I find Donna to be consistently spot on. Not picking up your phone to place a call with Donna on any insurance question, would only be hurting you.

  Donna was simply AMAZING! She went out of her way to get things done quickly and was very pleasant to work with. She also got such a great deal on a homeowner's insurance policy that no other company could even come close. Use Donna for your insurance needs, you won't regret it!!

  Approximately two weeks ago we sent an email to our agent, Donna Adelkopf, advising that we would not be renewing our condo policy. She could have said, "Okay , thank you. Next!". Instead Donna still looked out for our best interests and told us about water damage limits that many insurance companies were now imposing which may have resulted in a lower premium. As she pointed out, "If a pipe bursts in your kitchen and your cabinets get ruined, $10,000 won't go very far". My wife and I agreed that was an absolute "no brainer". Needless to say, we will be renewing our policy and are very appreciative of having Donna as our agent. We highly recommend Donna/All lines Insurance based on the Outstanding service she has provided since we bought our condo six years ago!!

  Very honest. Will make sure you have the coverage you need but does not oversell. Definitely recommend.
