- DMDawn MorenaNov 7, 20251.0If I could I would give this agency a -5. Worst experience ever. They wrote two homeowner's insurance policies with two different homeowner's insurance companies causing my escrow account being overdrawn with my mortgage company. When I called this agency for assistance, I was either ignored, hung up on , put on hold or was told, "you will have to wait." I had no report this agency to the State of Florida Insurance Commission. The people working at this agency are very nasty and will not help you. Consumer beware when using this agency.
