They wrote two homeowner's insurance policies with two different homeowner's insurance companies causing my escrow account being overdrawn with my mortgage company. When I called this agency for assistance, I was either ignored, hung up on , put on hold or was told, "you will have to wait." I had no report this agency to the State of Florida Insurance Commission. The people working at this agency are very nasty and will not help you. Consumer beware when using this agency.

- BWBobby WalshSep 9, 20251.0The absolute worst service with any of my properties and numerous vehicles over the years, called in to cancel my current homeowners policy spoke with Hannah never in the conversation did she even verify who she was speaking with only said okay I'll handle it I advised her I'd like to speak to her supervisor because of her unprofessional behavior and not verifying any properties and or what policy I was calling in on she simply terminated the call when I return the phone call and spoke with Kenzie for a supervisor her behavior was just as harsh was more worried about quoting me what she thought was the law when I corrected her numerous times advised her let me speak to whoever is in charge of her again she terminate the call absolutely pathetic that Miss Fisher you have these two people representing your brand and your name in the community. And the profession that I am I will be sure to advise to stay away from your company and any of your offices that you currently have under your umbrella.
