  I have had Allstate for almost twenty years. When my agent retire they sent my policy to Family First. I didn't realize till 5 months later when I got some mail. When I called and asked as to why I hadn't been notified, I was told it was to much work. I just got my autorenewal, and the policy on one of my two vehicles, went up 65% from the previous 6 months. My other vehicle stayed the same. My original aget would call if the premium was goin up 5%. "FAMILY" must mean them, definitely not the customer.

  These people are frauds. They like to steal from people by using bait and switch tactics. Purchased a policy and paid in full for an entire year. Six weeks later they raised the price by one third and told me I still owed them. Tried calling them all day. They were dodging me by saying they were in a meeting or on the phone and that they would call me back and never did. They are a bunch of lying thieves who have no problem lying and stealing from people. Stay far away from these people before you become their next victim

  I’ve been covered by Allstate for 20+ years. I’ve periodically compared prices and coverage, and every time the other companies say “keep your current coverage, we can NOT match your prices”!!! Thank you Allstate
